The people who run MDP are so sweet, nice and caring. They responded quickly to my distress call, arranged to get my car towed and kept me updated every day my car was in their shop. My brother and some friends of mine use their services also. Everyone is pleased with their service. I won’t hesitate to use MDP’s services again if the need arises.
These guys literally went so above and beyond. Myself being the procrastinator I am, waited until the day before a trip to decide to have my tires checked out and an oil change done. I called to make an appointment and they said they couldn't get me in until after I was supposed to leave. After I told the gentlemen I was talking to that I was leaving the next day, he said bring it in at 10am. NOT only did they change my oil but diagnosed my tires and allowed me to have my brother in law bring me an extra tire from my home and they replaced it. I had such a top tier experience with them. I will forever take my vehicles to MDP Diesel!
Very happy with everyone involved who works in my truck. Only issue was the tech took the day after Thanksgiving off. How dare he have a life outside of work. I could have had my truck back for the weekend. (ALL SARCASM). THEY DID FANTASTIC.

I had my truck worked on by this shop a few times. They replaced my fuel injectors, my Turbo and my Starter.
All in 2025. I have since had to get a New new Turbo and a New New starter just replaced today by someone else. This shop is junk. Don't go here. I deleted my first bad review because you reimbursed me for the Turbo, but Really dude?
After response remarks: Definitely no. I found a shop that is trustworthy and doesn't make me feel like I'm being ripped off.
2 bad parts in a 6-month period isn't a coincidence: it's a business model.

My 2005 Ford Super Duty is serviced almost exclusively by MDP. Knowledgeable service I know the job is done right and will keep my 20-year old truck running smoothly. MDP has performed exceptional service on my cars as well. I drive 20 miles to MDP but the piece of mind is worth it.

From the moment I walked in the door I could tell this shop was different, in the best way. Walking in I was greeted in a friendly and pleasant way immediately, by Matt, which put me at ease. I was talked to like I was a human and not as "a woman who probably doesn't know a darn thing about cars". I appreciated this more than words can say! I was there for an oil change, because I had a coupon and was tired of paying over $100 at the quick lube places. During the course of the oil change and checking out the undercarriage they said everything looked good but my tires were wearing more on the outside edges, which I could clearly see when Matt took me into the shop to have a look, and suggested a tire rotation. I asked if they had time to do that while I was there and they did. There were a few other things they suggested be done because I hadn't had them done since I bought the vehicle in 2020. I was given a print out of these suggested maintenance items and the prices were extremely reasonable. I didn't feel like I was getting inflated prices due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles and I anticipate returning in the near future to have them done. I highly recommend this shop for servicing all of your vehicles! I know I want to take care of my Luna (yes, I did name my vehicle, my baby!) as best I can and I trust that this shop will help me do just that! I didn't even pay $100 for the oil change and tire rotation which made me extremely happy! Thank you MDP Diesel!!! (:

I've been very impressed with the customer service, the attention to detail, the record keeping on my car, and the price for an oil change. I also like how they tell you about what services are recommended by the manufacturer without pressuring you to get those services done right away. This is the only place I will ever take my service -- or my wife's beloved Audi -- for service in the future.

I had to bring my second VW Golf TDI to MDP less than a week after owning it and I checked the vehicle in with Kyle. He was happy to work with a third party warranty company, even when the company was being somewhat difficult and delaying progress. He got my repairs covered by the warranty company and had me taken care of with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. My car was back on the road less than 2 days later after approval. I will always bring my car to MDP.

I needed my truck undercoated everyone was so nice dropped it off in the morning and it was done by afternoon everything was taken care of NO over spray like I’ve seen on other vehicles I highly recommend MDP for any auto repair they are really great people
Very professional. Upfront pricing. Steve was great at communicating with me with additional stuff that was wrong with my car. Sent photos. Even though I couldn’t get all the things done at the present moment, I love they sent pictures to show everything that need to be addressed. The work that they performed was absolutely on point. The staff was awesome. How do you recommend MDP. They even have some coupons on their website that came in handy. I work at Kay jewelers in Jackson and I’ve got associates. They’re looking at oil changes. with some coupons on their website, believe that a lot of their are to come and get their oil changes there they provide the same services that you would get anywhere for an oil change.
Car is running great, when I can afford to do the additional work, I will take it directly to them. Great job MDP.

We had work done on my son’s truck. It needed quite a bit of maintenance, and our service agent, Matt made sure it got done in a timely manner. He kept me updated frequently. They even had a key fob made for us, gave us a discount and t- shirts. It was in overall great experience and we highly recommend them for any work you need on your diesel.
Called in search of parts for motorhome. Steven was incredibly helpful in my search and providing resources even though it was not something he could help with, he went above and beyond taking some time to help me. This business gets many great reviews because it's a GREAT business! Thanks MDP!
Really glad I found MDP to work on my dad’s wheelchair accessible van. They kept me up to date on everything and the cost and were easy to work with. I was happy to drive the functioning van away all fixed up!

My neighbor recommended MDP. I needed to have the oil changed in my motorhome. I had called all around Brooklyn and Jackson. MDP took care of it! Steve was great. I had no problem booking an appointment, without waiting weeks. The work was done while I waited. The facility is immaculate. I watched the MDP team interact with other customers who they knew on a first name basis. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am not easily impressed, but they are like clockwork. Don't hesitate to use them for not just diesel, but all your automotive service needs. Good mechanics are hard to find. They have my business now, and for my future needs.
I couldn't ask for a better more friendly auto service shop. Matt went above and beyond showing me around the shop this place is sweet! Thankyou guys!!

I brought in my 2012 Subaru Forester with a loud noise coming from the engine area. MDP did a visual inspection at no charge followed by a more comprehensive Pro Level testing for under $200. I received a quote and agreed to the compressor repairs. Repairs were completed in a timely manner at the quoted price.
The testing uncovered a front end issue that will be addressed on our next visit.
I was very impressed by the professional manner of the staff and their communication.
I would highly recommend this company based on my 5 ⭐️ experience!

I received a coupon in the mail for MDP auto service.I had an oil change there and this place was top notch. Friendly staff and fair prices with exceptional service and professionalism. Will go there now for all my auto service needs!
Having to have mechanical work done on a vehicle is always a stressful situation. Steve and the everyone at MDP did a wonderful job of educating and informing me every step of the way. They didn’t lose patience at my questions and really did their best to make it easiest for me to understand. If I ever need diesel work done again will go out of my way to revisit.

Did a phenomenal job fixing my truck. They found multiple things that needed attention and took care of them all in a timely matter. They provided a loaner vehicle since my truck was going to be there multiple days. Matt did a great job keeping me informed of all my options and the progress of the repairs. Highly recommend MDP for all your vehicle repairs. MDP is now my go to facility for all future vehicle needs.
Brought in my truck after another shop recommended taking it here. Met with Steve when I first came in and explained all of the issues I was having with my f350. I was overwhelmed after explaining what all was wrong after the last shop wasn't able to fix it. Steve called me an hour later, was able to diagnose all of the issues that I was having, and it was repaired fully very quickly. They have a great way of explaining what they are doing via online access, with pictures and descriptions.
I will be bringing my truck here for anything in the future including oil changes. Great friendly environment, feels like you're at home. Glad that the other shop recommended it to come here, as they gained a new customer.

Usually my experience with Mechanics is a lot of doubt and skepticism regarding the scope and magnitude of the work suggested. This is the first time in my life I had 100 percent confidence in the job being performed, the integrity of the shop doing the work and the honesty of the price and fees charged. MDP had a communication system via App that was amazingly informative. It kept me abreast of every move, each step of the way with pictures, real time communication and price adjustments, which made the job a seamless experience and quicker than I ever thought possible. A brand new engine literally installed four days. I drove out feeling confident that it was a job well done and I had picked the right shop.
Update: I had a separate mechanical issue while in another state I called MDP for a reference and they got on their collaboration system and found me a mechanic that handled all of my issues. MDP then stayed in touch with me and the garage to make sure everything was being handled properly and I was back on the road in no time thank you MDP for going above and beyond.
Upon my last visit which was a simple oil changed I was welcomed with a clean new waiting area coffee snacks and A friendly staff.
